Default hey, Ryan.....praise and a request-

we just bought a very nice low-mileage 35 Chebby 2-door.
trying to find a FordBarn-type board for answers and advice.
can't seem to find ChevyBarn- has Shelly pulled the plug on it?
Monday night I joined a board called ChevyTalk, is it ever a royal pain to navigate and use. truly makes me appreciate how user-friendly FordBarn is and what a great job you've done upgrading it.
if you're looking for an under-served niche market you might want to investigate cranking up a ChevyBarn site.

now my request: in the Smilies on the ChevyTalk site they have an animated drawing of a guy beating a dead horse.

when I saw that I thought "wow, we need that on FordBarn!" how 'bout it? several thread subjects cry out for it

Chris in WNC: My understanding is that Ryan has "purchased" the ChevyBarn from Shelly and is working his "magic" on it.

I do plan on getting chevybarn.com back on its feet... I'm just embarrassingly behind schedule at the moment.

What about the VCCA: Vintage Chevrolet Club of America. They have a pretty good website, I'm a member and have been for many years.

Shelly's old chevybarn was mostly original in concept, but no one got excited ot upset if you posted some street rod questions on there, every one was welcome and all questions were answered

The guy beating the horse looks like the old man puppet used by Jeff Dunham.

Heh Mitch//pa The Canadian Mountie was one of the best on here, never backed down from anyone and made most others look like a fool.

Ryan I have been in business a long time and I live by the credo that family always come first and then we fit in the less important stuff ! Enjoy the family because they are all only young once and the entire family from children to adults, get old far too fast ! Enjoy today because you will never have this opportunity again.
