Extremely pitted door handle
So have this rear door handle for the back of my 56 SD that is extremely pitted. Tried using the muggy weld thing, bwahaha. What a joke that was for someone who never did it. Just cannot get it to work good. Anyway there are no repops for this I can find. Are there any places that do repair work on pitted pop metal parts that are not out of this world? Tried one place and they want $600 to do it. For that I will just shave the door and be done with it.

Re: Extremely pitted door handle
A few years ago I had all my chrome replated by the same company that does chroming for the shop featured on Iron Resurrection on Motor Trend channel. I was happy with their work and I thought the cost was more than reasonable. I'm pretty sure they do individual pieces. 713-928-0034
