Default '30 sidemount arm hole size

I'm unable to find via search what size of hole I have to cut in the splash shield for the spare tire arm. I've made up a tapered plug with a center hole to locate the center on the shield-now all I need is the size of the necessary hole saw. Can anyone help me?
