I just installed a pair of sill covers and extensions on my early 29 phaeton this past weekend. It is not an easy job as it takes some bending, fitting, welding and dressing down the welds. However it isn't a real tough job either - just a lot of fitting and treaking. I had been worrying about the task for a while, but the job turned out quite well.
