Make sure you don't have a vacuum leak somewhere, I had the wiper hose under the dash full of holes. Plug all the vacuum connections you can find except for the distributor, then carefully spray around the base of your carb and intake manifold with some brake cleaner, do this when the engine is fairly cold. I know you checked fuel flow but how about pressure? Hope this helps.
