The Dagenham B block is not a smaller bore block it has the regular 3 7/8" bore same as USA. the BF block has the 3" bore . I measured a B block . The Dagenham B block is a different casting from the USA it has a thicker top deck by approx 1/16" and is fairly bullet proof no more prone to cracking than an A block .
