i second the drilling of holes take the doors off first if you need to remove from the body do the same i do this all the time on a side note eastwood has a kit for this its amazing how much new weather striping or being off on a setting will ruin your day ,i speak from doing i was working on a 51 f 1 floors/rockers were welded not by me without doors on truck had to shave weather striping twist the door frames [not fun] but got them to close with 1 finger and seal tight
