I have a round support bar between the bumper frames. Used pipe conduits to mount the plate on this bar. My set-up came off a coupe. Thanks, I already have a horizontal support piece between the short bumpers, but for other reasons prefer not to use it to mount a license plate. My previous post (Katy) was just my curiosity if the 31s came standard with panel under the tailgate installed.
