I use GO JO original hand cleaner as a lubricant when installing new twenty one inch tires. I have been able to install new tires by hand when using go Jo as a lubricant. It probably wouldn't be as easy on the later nineteen inch wheels because they don't use the round bead that the earlier twenty one inch wheels mostly use .
