I have a roadster and I am mounting the switch on the riser a little right of my right leg, just about in the middle of the seat with 1/0 AWG battery cables for Amazon.
So, unless someone says STOP, I will go with one cable to ground and the other to the top of the starter.

The last sentence can be confusing, at least too me. The switch is mounted in series in one wire.
