As Mark mentioned I'd order a coil wire from the Model A vendors if you have other parts or books that need to be ordered at the same time. If you buy one locally then make sure it's solid wire. Actually any wire will work as long as it doesn't fall out of the coil or cap. Just to fire it up you could even take a piece of old wire, bare the ends, then use a small piece of cardboard to stuff in with the wire to hold the wire ends in place.
