Check picture 2 again... There's a standard-rate box. It was damaged. Later it was put in the bag by a facility in Oregon. Then it continued to it's destination. The contents survived.
When I have shipped car parts in those I reinforce the heck out of the boxes with more cardboard like is in a case of wine bottles, an extra flat cardboard floor and roof, and double-thick sidewalls.
