Agree get rid of the washers.
Try fordbolts.com
Roy has good stuff and yes you pay a premium but the product is more correct than the suppliers items.. Fit and finish.
I used Roy's hardware on my Lucy restoration and was very happy other than getting the wrong items many times going back and forth...
