I have some cabinets similar to this:
except mine are the old style with hard plastic drawers and metal cases. I got them used and previous owner stuck labels on all the drawers. Dunno what he used but it's a bitch to get off - repeated soaking with WD-40 loosens it enough to carefully scrape off with razor blade. Glue seems to have etched plastic but at least I can get it clean enough to re-label.
