Horn worked fine. It has a bail holding the switch to the steering column. When you switch the lights on and off several times the bail comes loose, the switch slides down and the switch nor horn work. Anyone know how to get the bail to stay without using a zip tie. Henry Ford didn't have zip ties and I would prefer to not use one either.
Two lengths of the bail were used, so if you have the short cover, be sure to use the short bail.
If it's still too loose, then bend the wire more to shorten it.
