A few years ago I purchased a Highland Park shield type employee badge with number TA 1063 stamped in it together with four triangular brass tool checks with the same matching number stamped in them on a key type ring. I cant find any reference to what the TA represents. It would seem that the numbers on the tags are employee numbers. Regards, Kevin.
