yeah we had a real project on our hands replacing just 3 pieces of wood. we had to replace the two long upper pieces where the rain gutters nail into and the also center the door posts. We also replaced the header. To get to the top pieces we had to remove the whole rear pannel(like your piece that you bought)and the two upper over the door pieces. that was alot of nails.tk
