My dad has one of those in a similar bodystyle in what is called a Landau Phaeton which competed against Ford's 400A Convertible Sedan. The biggest difference is the windows were metal framed like the Model A Cabriolet and the B Pillar posts (behind the door) fold down into the rear quarters making it a true convertible. Frank is correct as they were similar construction to the Vicky or the 400A.
Something to muddy up the waters a bit is a '32 Buick that was a wood-infrastructured Fisher body in which we replaced the wood with steel. It is more cost effective for the customer, and although not authentic it makes it more like a Slant-windshield Model A instead of the earlier wood-based Fordors. Below are some pictures...
