I just got the old one out.I do have wrenches to remove those.I use them for hydraulic work.I have one that can engage a hole on either side of the sleeve to get a good bite.On this tank I had to wrap it up,slide it under a bulldozer blade to keep it from turning, and use a pipe wrench and pipe to break it loose.I did have to heat it too,but I just heated the sleeve and hoped enough heat would travel down to the threads to break loose without melting any solder. The tank in the car has a stub soldered in the threaded hole with a rubber hose on it.
