I have a Powermaster alternator on my Town Sedan that works great and looks pretty good. I bought it to drive the car to Niagara Falls for the MARC meet, which I never did, but the battery is always good to go. I want to put a Powerhouse back on my 28 at some point (it has a later generator on it) to try what Tom W. has done. I am far from an electrical wizard, but I am very happy with my alternator.
