Perhaps in Turkey UPS is the "go to" company. In the USA they are on the same level or lower than their competitors.
A friend of mine owns an auto glass shop. Fully 50%, yes HALF of all new windshields delivered to him by UPs were broken. Mind you, new glass is packed very well and VERY WELL labeled as to the content.
The last straw was a windshield delivered with footprints on the box. That was the last package from UPS he had accepted.
