The one on the COE looks more like a Dietrich than a Fulton. Most of them have do to have some structure on the center or they will not stay on very well. The pre-37 cars don't have a center support spot and as was mentioned the roll open types would not be able to roll open any more. Some of the ones made in the 50s for the single piece windshields had their center support attached to the cars top above the windshield but they would have to be the adjustable or universal type to get it to fit.
