Dad passed away last year and I wanted to keep his guage for my 31 pickup that he gave me years ago. The guage was missing a washer that makes contact with the valve stem. I took a washer out of a cheap tire guage and it works like new. I got lucky. Dad liked Crown Royal and this little bag kept showing up in his garage as if he was telling me, use this bag.
Ivan, can you tell me exactly how that washer at the valve stem mounts and dismounts from the gage? Can it be pryed off?
