This is before and after. Like I said earlier, the little 4" repop mirror was pretty useless, but it just never occurred to me before today that I could replace it with something better until all you guys started talking about mirrors. The photo to the right is a 7 1/2" convex mirror that was salvaged from a junk combine. With the offset mounting, it just clears the door when opened. Visibility is greatly enhanced, so I can see traffic and see to back up.
So thanks to Al and the rest of you guys for all the good ideas. mike
