Scuff them with a red Scotchbrite and wipe them with Vinegar. Then use Wax & Grease Remover followed by priming with a 2k Epoxy primer. Install them onto the vehicle then mask and scuff with a grey Scotchbrite. Prep & paint with a 2k Urethane Black.
