Clear or yellow/amber color?
If the internet converted 140 mm to inches correctly for me (5.511 inches) that could be a # 4012 bulb. This also depends a bit on how and where you measured the bulb and fixture it goes into.
Scroll halfway down the page at this first link to the "Fog & Driving Sealed Beam 6-8 Volt Light Bulbs" section,
in the "
5 1/2 Inch diameter" category.

They are a bit pricey on this page but I used it to get the part number,
4012.
"A" = Amber colored lens, no letter after the part number would be for a 'clear' lens
Another bulb industry size designation for the lamp is "PAR 46" (if the old size is measured correctly) with the "46" being the diameter of the bulb in 1/8th inch units, in case converting mm to inches wasn't already confusing enough. (PAR = parabolic aluminized reflector) You may have different / better internet search results using; 'par 46 fog lamp'.
Assuming this a good part number for you... you can search the internet for better prices or sellers closer to you.
A couple examples...

There are similar slightly smaller bulbs, with a different part number, 4015-A (PAR 44)
These are also shown in the "
4 1/2 inch" 6 volt sealed beam category at the first link above.

A bulb and lamp supply store should have better prices on these than specialty and classic car suppliers, if the bulbs are available from their sources.
