On regular gas my closed gav setting gave 4% CO
On 10%ethonal gas the closed gav settings gives 0.05% (and low power), changing spark timing didn't have much effect on the emissions, the exhaust manifold did get red though

Reduced emissions , and slightly less fuel mileage, I still get over 20 though

1. It sounds like you are testing device is a "dynamometer" type emissions machine?

My meter only tests CO statically ... no way to test under load.
