Oil the two felt blocks on the horn motor. Remove the cover and you can see them. Then, with the motor running at a moderate rpm, press the horn button. Adjust the sound with the screw on the back side of the horn. Replace the cover, then check the sound again. Do not over tighten the screw holding the cover on, as it will interfere with the correct sound.
