Hi Everyone You didn't ask Nate, but unless he's already familiar you might have your buddy learn-up on the importance of being gentle with that rod.

Another thing to be aware of for this job. If it comes time to lower the column drop/lock/switch, there was a break-off bolt installed at manufacture. If it's never been out they'll have another challenge. Search break-off bolt here for more details and pics.
