It all depends on which manifold . . . the brands are more about whose name do you want to advertise.

For a stock style engine, the original Eddie Meyer with the big two-carb riser will work well . . . as will the Edelbrock Slingshot. Given that you can buy an Edelbrock Slingshot for a fair price (as long as they have them to ship), that would probably be my choice. The nice thing about the "high-rise" type manifolds - is that you can still run your generator in the stock position - this makes things a lot easier (as far as installation and configuration).
