I take that back. Looks like maybe 1/4" to no more than a 3/8" shoulder on that
bolt..... I just looked under my dash.
A 1/4" bolt at 1 1/4" long has a .29" shoulder. I have one in my hand.
I don't think that bolt is anything trick.
I'll bet you'd need to have those washers with the shoulders though and pretty
close to the spec in that drawing.
