I have had luck in the past in calling LeBarron-Bonney for specific details without ordering anything.
Maybe try calling them to try to email one or more cell phone photos.
Some of the workers in any organization will go out of their way to try to help.
If you get a non-cooperating grouch, don't give up -- just proceed one step further & ask for his/her manager -- usually works out.
