King-brand seems to the top of the line in bearings these days and a new set can be had for around $220 for mains and rods. Something to think about that when pricing NOS stuff.
Regarding tools: Absolutely pick that stuff up.

"stored poorly" I watched on TV a NHRA top fuel drag car being rebuilt between races and a bearing half was tight in the block so the guy set on end, on the floor and hit it with a mallet to make the arc smaller. 11,000 HP and the bearing worked OK!
