Flyboy, I've done that on several 30-31 outlets, with no problems. Big job covered it nicely, just be sure to point it so it doesn't interfere with access to any head nut or other thing you may want to get to at a later date. It's interesting to note that the other replies did not answer your question, this happens quite often!
