I am pretty handy so I just may watch a few YouTube videos and take a shot at it. Thanks everyone.
I watched several videos on youtube. Got some good tips like use vinyl instead of burlap between the frame and foam. Use a cheap electric turkey carver knife to cut the foam (got mine for $2 at a thrift store). Use a 36 grit sanding disk to shape the foam on the curved edges.

Got my foam online from a place called Foam Factory. This is what I bought from them to give you an idea:

1 qty HD36 High Qual. Foam- Half Sheet-82" x 36" x 1" (seat back)
1 qty Lux High Qual. Foam - Third sheet -82" x 24" x 5" (seat bottom)
8 qty Fiber Fill Medium - 1" Thick 60" Wide x linear ft. (between foam and seat cover)
