Thats crazy about S Dakota. I have a small enclosed trailer used mostly for motorcycles and construction. It has literally been pulled up and down the east coast and into Canada many, many times. Only problem I have ever had was going into PA (which is less than 5 miles from home in MD). They had me tied up for about 3 hours going through everything. No fines, a couple of warnings, then just as they were about to let me go, he asked for my DL and medical card? The look on his face was priceless when I produced a class A CDL with a current medical card. I know his plan all along was to hit me hard in the wallet for not having one!!
