I have a '36 model 151 flat bed that has a two speed rear axle under it with hydraulic brakes. As a general rule a two speed axle is a higher gear on the high range side, just like a Columbia OD.
The 36 I have is a very nice clean straight truck with no rust-out issues, it is currently for sale.
I have always found it to be very advantage to buy a donor vehicle when I need parts for a project, then what I don't use I sell off.
