Re: Antique Insurance a little off Topic
One aspect of the above mentioned insurance companies IS.....we were involved in an accident while trailering our car to a long distance show!!! We hit black ice (totally UN-expected event)and were trying to get off the highway and got T boned......Fortunately the antique car didn't suffer any damage, our tow vehicle DID. The point being a law suit ensued (no pun intended) and Grundy (Or Hagerty don't remember which BUT One of the two) "opened" our policy, every vehicle, every value etc etc to the opposing attorney to use to "pad" his case!!!! SO. I'm not legal expert, not sure IF that is a "requirement" of the insurance company to do so OR part of a "multi car" or "collection" policy that all of that information IS revealed BUT it is sure worth asking the questions!!!!!
