Stick dry == empty tank of fuel
Stick 1/4 wet == 1/4 tank of fuel
Stick 1/2 wet == 1/2 tank of fuel
Stick 3/4 wet == 3/4 tank of fuel
Stick all wet == full tank of fuel

Your mileage may vary.... :-)
