Appears to be the Canadian version of the regular 28-24-18-14 cluster gear, similar to the 8M-7113 gear. The two prongs on the small end use a thrust washer similar to the 8M-7129 with the bowtie shaped opening. You can modify that washer to fit by enlarging the center opening until it fits over the larger prongs on the Canadian gear. I believe you’ll also need the secondary 8M-7128 washer along with it, but you won’t have to modify that one.
