This is an older thread. Don't be afraid to start a new one.

There were several styles of throttle bellcrank assembly but they are all similar. When Ford put that arm on, they likely used a punch & hammer tool that smashed the pin and expanded it into the hole for a tight fit, much like riveting. The pins tend to be flush on both sides. Some have a bit of a dimple on one side where the pin was installed. It's hard to see it unless a person cleans all the crud off down to the metal on that arm. A person can use a roll pin going back together or use some welding rod if you choose to.
