Hand Operated Windshield Wiper
Hello All,
Wondering if there are supposed to be rubber grommets or something between the shaft and windshield frame for a hand operated wiper? Seems like otherwise it would just flop around. Similarly what keeps it to one side when not in use or does gravity keep it vertical and right in your face?
Thoughts?
