Well I will try to explain the difference.
A '30 Standard Fordor is very sparse in the interior. It has an interior light in the center of the headliner.
A '30 Town Sedan has arm rests on both sides, in the rear. Also there is a center arm rest that will fold up. It also has a Blanket rope attached to the rear of the front seat. It also has graining on the rail, and all the window trim pieces. Lastly, the interior light just above the rear window. The exterior has different door handles.
