Agree with Patrick. I have only done two Tillies with the oven trick and both worked well. I use a large hose clamp and cinch it down pretty well. Place in a pre heated oven 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Take it out and with an oven mit or welding gloves tighten just a whisker more and let cool to room temp.
