Welcome aboard. This site is AMAZING. The group here hasn't failed yet to pinpoint and help me solves all my A problems. What makes it fun is different problems can have the same symptoms.
The most fun I had was finding out the firewall gas shut off valve was rebuilt backwards. The off was on and the on was off. I'd turn the valve off (really on) scratch my head, check everything then turn the gas on (off). It would run for a bit and sound great then it would stop. What I was actually doing is filling up the carb bowl so it would run until the float valve shut off the gas. The shut off valves on both firewalls are now marked with a Sharpie so I don't get them mixed up. May all your problems, if any, be less frustrating and as inexpensive as the cost of a Sharpie.
