Unless I missed something in his walk around video at no time does he state that the car does not have repro parts, he does say it was restored from an "original car" but never mentions what it was restored with.

Unless someone point blank asks the question "is the car all Henry steel, and are any Repro parts used?" He is probably ok within EBay rules. If someone asks and he says there is not any repro parts then bay may do something.

I think he went out of his way NOT to mention all the parts were original, and probably did that on purpose....I would think if all the parts were original he would be sure to mention that.
