Early GM style WCFBs have the small bolt pattern that you need, but are expensive. Consider using the '55/'56 Teapot Holley. Ethanol resistant rebuild kits are readily available and they are much less expensive and easier to find than the WCFB. Just be sure and seal up the tubes that feed the float bowl securely so that there are no fuel leaks. These are good performing carburetors on a flathead.
