Question Small Coolant discharge from radiator overflow tube

1935 Cabriolet. New Restoration. Rebuilt engine, new water pumps by Skip Haney. PROBLEM: Small amount of coolant discharges from overflow tube at bottom end. Installed pressure release valve on the tube end as advised. Small amount of coolant still comes out of valve and tube immediately after shutting off engine. Does not appear to come out while driving or idling. Does not overheat, temperature gauge stays at half way or just below. Coolant level about 1/4 inch above radiator core. Radiator was cleaned and tested during restoration.

Any advice on how to stop this from happening would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
