If you try driving a long distance in a 89 year old car that has not even been started in that many years, you probably won't make it very far. My short suggestion is don't do it, or the cost of rebuilding the engine will far outpace the cost of shipping. Any new owner of a Model A also needs some practice so that the downshifting, spark control, and GAV setting are familiar and somewhat second nature.
