That pan is likely extremely rare as it is the first version of the left side '33 RHD V-8 pan. It was used when the motor mount insulator spacing was still 12" like the '32s. When that spacing was increased as an early running change in '33 most of the front of the pan was history. The photo below shows the right side LHD V-8 pan of the same vintage (with an extra hole). What is curious about your pan is the lack of a notch on the inner edge to clear the oil dipstick boss on the side of the oil pan.
